TERMA & SYARAT / TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Resit Sementara / Reserved Receipt

1. Setelah pembelian disahkan, pelanggan dikehendaki membayar minimum 30% daripada harga jualan sebagai deposit untuk barangan yang telah dikenalpasti untuk dibeli. Upon confirmation of purchase, a minimum of 30% of the sales price must be paid by the customer, as a deposit herein, for the item identified to be purchased.

2. Pelanggan bertanggungjawab untuk menjelaskan baki bayaran untuk barangan tersebut dalam tempoh masa tujuh (7) hari dari tarikh resit ini dan sekiranya gagal, CHANTIQUE berhak untuk melupuskan deposit yang dibayar dan mempamerkan semula barangan, tanpa merujuk terlebih dahulu kepada pelanggan. The Customer undertakes to settle the balance payment of the item hereof within seven (7) days from the date of the receipt, otherwise CHANTIQUE is at liberty without further reference to the Customer, to forfeit the deposit and redisplay the item for sale.

 

Invois / Invoice

1. Sila jelaskan invois anda dalam tempoh masa tiga puluh (30) hari dari tarikh penerimaan invois ini, sekiranya gagal, caj bayaran lewat pada kadar 2% sebulan akan dikenakan terhadap bayaran yang tertunggak. Please settle your invoice within thirty (30) days upon receipt of this invoice otherwise late payment interest of 2% per month will be levied on all overdue sum.

2. Sebarang pertikaian terhadap invois hendaklah dilaporkan kepada pihak CHANTIQUE dalam tempoh tujuh (7) hari dari tarikh invois, sekiranya gagal, tuntutan tidak akan dilayan. Any discrepancy in the invoice must be reported to CHANTIQUE within seven (7) days from the date of invoice otherwise no claim will be entertained.

 

Resit Tempahan / Order Receipt

1. Setelah tempahan disahkan, pelanggan dikehendaki membuat pembayaran minimum sebanyak 30% daripada harga yang telah dipersetujui sebagai deposit semasa "sebut harga". Upon confirmation of order, a minimum payment of 30% of the price quoted must be paid by the Customer, as deposit herein for the item.

2. Sekiranya barangan tidak dituntut dalam tempoh masa satu (1) bulan dari tarikh pemberitahuan barangan siap ditempah, bayaran deposit akan dilupuskan dan barangan tersebut akan dipamerkan semula untuk dijual, tanpa perlu merujuk kepada pelanggan. Where the item is not claimed within one (1) month from the date the customer is not notified that the item is ready for collection, without further reference to to the customer, the deposit paid will be forfeited and the item ordered will be displayed for sale.

3. Sekiranya barangan telah direka dan disetkan menggunakan berlian atau batu permata milik pelanggan dan barangan tersebut tidak dituntut oleh pelanggan dalam tempoh masa satu (1) bulan dari tarikh pemberitahuan barangan siap ditempah diambil, maka tanpa merujuk kepada pelanggan tersebut, CHANTIQUE berhak melupuskan deposit dan barangan tersebut akan dipulihkan ke bentuk asal dan kos pemulihan akan ditanggung oleh pelanggan. Where the item is designed and set using the customer's diamonds or gemstones, and the item is not claimed within one (1) month from the date the customer is notified that the item is ready for collection, without further reference to the customer, the deposit paid will be forfeited and the item will be accordingly unset and the cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

4. Barangan tidak akan diserahkan kepada pelanggan sekiranya salinan asal resit ini tidak dikemukakan. No item will be released to the customer without the surrender of the original copy of this receipt.

5. Sekiranya pelanggan mengambil keputusan untuk batalkan tempahan ini, pelanggan bersetuju untuk menanggung kos keseluruhan tempahan barangan tersebut. In the event the customer elects to cancel the order for whatever reason, the customer expressly agrees to bear the full costs of production of the item thereof.

6. Walaupun CHANTIQUE akan mengambil segala langkah-langkah penjagaan dan berhati-hati atas berlian dan batu permata pelanggan dibawah resit ini, pelanggan bersetuju bahawa CHANTIQUE tidak bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kerosakan yang berlaku ke atas berlian dan batu permata tersebut. While CHANTIQUE shall endeavor to take extra care and precaution of the customer's diamond and gemstone under this receipt, the customer nonetheless agrees not to hold CHANTIQUE liable for any damage to such diamond and gemstone.

 

Resit Jualan / Sales Receipt

1. Pelanggan mengesahkan barangan dibeli ini diterima dalam keadaan dan kualiti yang baik. The customer acknowledges that the item purchased herein is received in good and acceptable quality and condition.

2. Barangan yang telah dijual tidak boleh dikembalikan untuk tunai. Any item sold cannot be returned for cash.
